We are looking for **Certified Early Childhood Educators** to join our Before and After School care programs based out of our **NW and SW Campuses.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide full care for children from parent drop-off to pick-up
- Work actively with other Camp Leaders to design, plan, and conduct both recreational & educational camp activities in accordance with Summit core principles and foundational components
- Act with compassion while adhering to Summit policies and standards.
- Guide and monitor our little campers at all times, as they explore various age-appropriate outdoor and indoor events and activities
- Ensure that the camp facilities are always safe and clean for our children
- Summit Summer is a licensed program. The Summer Camp Leaders are expected to strictly comply to licensing standards at all times

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to reliably commute to 1940 6th Ave NW
- Prior experience working with children would be an asset.
- Alberta Child Care Certificate Level 2 or 3
- Valid First aid & CPR certification (don't worry we'll hook you up)
- Good communication skills in English
- Clear criminal record check (with vulnerable sector search & done within the last 6 months)
- Fun loving, engaging & upbeat personality
- Physical ability / fitness to participate in our indoor & outdoor fun activities
- High level of responsibility and accountability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
