**Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Implement quality management processes to guarantee high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project implementation from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate product development activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage procurement of materials & subcontractor coordination.
- Collaborate with shop supervisors & welders to ensure quality & efficiency.
- Monitor project progress & adjust plans as required to meet deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Project Management in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices.
- Familiarity with quality management standards and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in product development processes and methodologies.
- Strong risk management skills with the ability to foresee potential issues and implement solutions.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, material & fabrication techniques
- Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & blueprints
