Jr. Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Jr. Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately entering and updating data into our database systems
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
Complying with data integrity and security policies
Collaborating with team members on data entry projects and workflow improvements
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Providing support for data entry-related queries and requests
Assisting with regular audits to ensure data accuracy

**To excel in this role, you will need**:
A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications are a plus
Proficient typing and transcription skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and data programs
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high volume of data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Prior experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required
