**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal)
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office
- Team player - positive, honest and motivated

**Responsibilities**
- Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
- Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer related questions
- Monitor security cameras
- First contact for residents, patrolling also required
- Issue and receipt of keys to building staff and contractors
- Operate security equipment such as computers, radios and phones
- Create reports
- Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Concierge: 1 year (preferred)
