_Job Description - Customer Service Associate_
- Responsibilities:_
- o Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude_
- o Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment_
- o Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines_
- o Adhere to all safety procedures_
- o Take direction from site manager_
- o Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail_
- o Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned (outgoing shipments, etc)_
- o Shipping & receiving including mail and couriers_
- o Handle time-sensitive material including confidential and urgent packages_
- o Perform other tasks as assigned_
- o Enter information daily into spreadsheets_
- o Sort and deliver mail and small packages_
- Minimum Requirements:_
- o Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience_
- Qualifications:_
- o Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)_
- o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written_
- o Ability to work without onsite supervision_
- o Lifting up to 50 lbs with accommodations_

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Keys data from source documents in a timely and efficient manner
- Performs acceptable volume of work in timely, efficient and accurate manner and in order of scheduled priorities to meet or exceed client expectations of processing schedule
- Performs verification duties as required
- May trouble shoot data problems
- Demonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards
- Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers
- Performs other duties as required
- Repetitive motion is required: may require twisting/bending/climbing
- Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms
- Required to regularly sit, talk or hear
- Required to possess close vision and ability to focus
- Conditions may include office environment, mailroom warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.

**Qualifications**

Required:

- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Required to to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hand and arms.
- Required to regularly sit, talk or hear
- Conditions may include office environment, mailroom, warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.
- Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
- May lift up to 25 lbs. frequently

Pay: $15.50-$27.27 per hour
