**Store Assistant Manager -Home Design Centre**

Our team is embarking on an exciting journey to transform our existing home furnishing and appliance store into a full-service design centre with a dramatic new look and feel.

We’re looking for a new team member to help us get there and execute a plan of action that includes building a consultative sales team fully engaged in exceptional customer experience. We want to build relationships and hospitality with every shopping and consultation experience.

Are you an individual with a flair for home design and a technical advantage to help manage team performance, operational systems, inventory, and sales forecasting? When a guest looks to take their dream project to the next level, do you have the experience to guide our team to take each client from start to finish with exceptional service along all touch points?

The leadership capabilities include managing a small team of sales associates. Working with team members in coaching and managing product training and deployment. Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with our team and customers will be critical.

We are about to become a top destination on the South Shore to visit and engage with repeatedly for every kind of project and new experience, no matter the type or size.
