**Role Description**:
As the incumbent for this role, you will primarily track the ITRG Research Usage Data, as well as manage the tracking tools. This role is responsible for gathering usage data from different sources (website, Ideas List, Research List, Gainsight, Salesforce, etc.), analysing the data, building dashboards and reports, as well as managing, developing, and automating our internal tracking tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Critically review our current existing data and analytics capabilities in research and identify opportunities and a roadmap on how to progress and build going forward
- Work with the stakeholders from Core Research, and from other departments such as Global Services, Consulting, Production, Design, Marketing, etc. to gather requirements and build views on our tools, such as the Ideas and Projects Research Lists
- Maintain data hygiene by running quality reports, and working with the content owners to keep the tracking tools accurate and up-to-date
- Leverage automation tools, such as Power Automate to automate how we collect, manage, and communicate research usage
- Map and integrate reports and dashboards currently available at Gainsight, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Periodically plan, monitor, and analyze key research consumption data to inform Agenda Planning and Product decisions
- Proactively raise areas of opportunity for analytics to meet business goals

**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:

- Experience in assessment, monitoring and utilization of data analytics outputs to extract meaningful and actionable insights
- Self-starter and able to prioritize needs and implement plans and process enhancements
- Quantitative analytical skills
- Track record in delivering results and ability to manage complexity
- Familiar with M365 suite, especially SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
