**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Upsell hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
**Requirements**:
- Canadian hairstylist certificate (required).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care services.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell products confidently.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the salon environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
