**AVENUE ROAD ROOFING, established, quality full service roofing company operating 50 years in the GTA, is looking for the right fit for someone who is : knowledgeable in construction trades, has roofing knowledge/experience, has excellent customer relation skills, highly organized, multi tasker, computer literate, and has positive team energy.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Knowledge and experience in roofing and construction is required.

Skilled and experienced in customer relations and service in the construction industry.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Computer literate with MS office, word, spread sheets.

Preferred experience with construction soft ware BUILDER TREND

Multi lingual talents an asset - English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Cantonese

This job is carried out in-office and does not require job site visits.

**The right fit for the position will demonstrate skill and experience in dealing with**:

- Experience with construction project documentation, project contracts, work orders, construction terminology.
- Resolving issues or conflicts with customers or crews that may arise during the construction process... from scheduling through to job completion. - An activity that requires a highly organized skill set, running many projects and crews at the same time. - Multi tasking from one job to another, overseeing and managing multiple facets of construction projects from conception to completion.

**PLEASE NOTE**:
Schedule 7 to 4 Monday to Friday with possibility of overtime hours.

Company benefits are provided after 6 months tenure ( dental, vision, extended health)

The right applicant will be required to present a current background check and supply a resume and work history references.

Steady work in the construction season. Alternate scope of work in the off season ( January, February, March)
