**Summary**

As a Dispatch Supervisor at Denali Transport, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily dispatch operations. This position is essential for ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of customer service, contributing directly to our mission of reliability and excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Utilize transportation management systems for tracking shipments and reporting.
- Provide training and support to dispatch staff on best practices and procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports
- Conduct performance reviews

**Education**
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

**Experience**

1 year to less than 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.49 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
