**A Day In The Life**
As a Senior Technician at Grill Hero, you’ll take on an elevated role that combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You’ll perform advanced cleaning and repair services while mentoring and coaching service technician team members to enhance their skills. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure compliance with operational standards will play a key role in our success. This position offers opportunities to lead by example, foster a culture of growth, and make a lasting impact.

**Duties**
- Perform advanced cleaning, repair, and touch-up services for barbecues, ovens, and related equipment.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and building trust.
- Identify opportunities to upsell add-ons and promote rebooking for future appointments.
- Mentor service technician team members to improve their technical skills, customer interaction, and sales techniques.
- Follow all company guidelines, safety procedures, and service protocols.
- Manage tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness and functionality

**Qualifications**
- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Valid Canadian Drivers license
- Clean driver abstract
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to upsell services and drive rebookings.
- Leadership qualities and willingness to coaching others.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to follow core processes & policies
- 100% team player

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Tips
