**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, production, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, providing solutions and updates to senior project managers.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure their requirements are being met.
- Support the senior project managers in managing project resources and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
