Draftsperson (Engineering / Architectural Background)

Proficient CAD Design skills

Draft IFP & IFC Foundation, Building & Mezzanine Drawings

*
Ability to Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings

*
Work alongside engineer throughout project duration until complete
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to stay organized
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Solid mathematical skills
- Very detail oriented
- Knowledge of necessary regulations
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work on your own

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
