The Client Acquisition team within Sun Life’s Client Experience Office has embarked on a major transformation. As part of this transformation, we are continuously enhancing our Client Acquisition strategies to generate increasing value for our retail advisor network by communicate our program evolution, results, and best practices to various Sales leaders.

This role requires a strong communicator and presenter that can inspire sales professionals through the execution of a robust communication plan. Your mandate will be to support the Client Acquisition team in broadcasting key messages to retail advisors and our internal stakeholders. Through presentations, newsletters, and 1:1 consultations you will articulate what we are doing, how it is performing, and where we are going next. As a key contact for the the Leads Program your role will aim to increase advisor engagement, satisfaction with the program and sales results.

**Please note this is a 1 year contract**

**What you will be doing?**
- Develops and delivers presentations to large audiences and is able to respond live to inquiries and feedback from advisors
- Designs & creates clear, visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership as needed
- Creates visually appealing program materials and presentations for internal use
- Works closely with business, field leaders, and advisors to communicate the future vision and roadmap of the Client Acquisition program
- Identifies visual story-telling opportunities and supports the development of business content
- Ensures measurement is in place to review results and effectiveness of communication activities
- Develops strong relationships with internal key stakeholders across Sun Life to collaborate and drive successful campaigns that deliver results.

**What you need to succeed?**
- Bilingualism, French and English, written and spoken
- University Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of communications principles and best practices
- Excellent relationship-building, teamwork and collaborative skills
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills with significant exposure to large (internal & external) audiences
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in marketing or corporate communications
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication and marketing plans (from assessing needs to formulating strategy, implementing tactics and measuring results)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to adapt the style, tone, and complexity of writing to suit a variety of formats and audiences
- Familiar with plain language writing tone and style
- Previous experience in working with sales professionals in the insurance and wealth industry
