Join our CertaPro Painters team as a Commercial Painting Sales Associate in Canada

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, delivering exceptional service to clients, and growing our business.

**Commercial Painting Sales Associate Responsibilities**:

- Commercial Sales to Property Managers, Facility Managers and Commercial Customers by initiating, developing and growing commercial painting relationships.
- Cold calling and field networking to seek new business
- Development and maintenance of our current business accounts
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows
- Diligent Customer Follow-Up & Follow Through
- Cradle-to-Grave’ Sales Solution based
- Compile detailed written proposals for all client requests.
- Ensure that our customers’ needs, and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal.
- Develop a close working relationship with the Production Associate, and the Job Site Supervisor to ensure all expectations set forth on the written proposal are met.
- Meet with clients, in person to perform estimates and gather information about their needs pertaining to the execution of the project. Includes observing & documenting site conditions.
- Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships
- Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting & Review with Supervisor.

**Commercial Painting Sales Associate Qualifications**:

- Driver’s License with clean driving record(required)
- B2B, commercial sales experience as asset
- Track-Record as a Top Performer an asset
- History of accomplishments and promotions
- Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings, other construction is an asset
- Excellent Organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
- Goal oriented and energetic
- Blue Print reading/ Quantity Surveying is an asset
