**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand product offerings and identify opportunities for improvement in retail spaces.
- Maintain an organized inventory of merchandise and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall store aesthetics.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices.
- Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of driving product sales through effective merchandising techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail to enhance visual merchandising efforts.
