**Mercedes-Benz Richmond** is currently looking to fill a position of **Service **Loaner Car Coordinator.**

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Scheduling and tracking loaner vehicles to ensure availability
- Maintaining organization over Loaner Vehicle Inventory
- Coordinating all necessary repairs of loaner vehicles
- Ensure customers return vehicles in good condition and ensure all damages are reported
- Answers customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Provides correct information on loaner vehicle availability and price quotes
- Verifies return date and time on loaner agreement is accurate and reviews all charges at the time of vehicle return
- Develop and maintain strong customer service with customers
- Performs other duties as assigned
