**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Process Workers to join our team in the food processing industry. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of food products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Duties**
- Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging.
- Ability to fillet a whole salmon with mínimal waste is a definite asset.
- Ensure products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency.
- Reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and production tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the food industry or manufacturing preferred.
- Familiarity with food processing techniques and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and production reporting.
- Commitment to following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while demonstrating strong communication skills.
