*Job Overview* As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during your shift. You will be responsible for supervising team members, managing customer service, and maintaining quality standards. *Duties* - Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations - Provide guidance and direction to team members - Ensure compliance with food safety procedures and quality control - Assist in training new employees - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed *Qualifications* - Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Customer service-oriented mindset - Understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality industry trends

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
