**Reports to**: Student Service Manager

**Duties**:

- Effectively assist with new student registration and settlement services.
- Effectively assist and implement student activities to ICEAP student.
- Attend general staff meetings.
- Attend ICEAP field trips as student supervisors.
- Participate in extra
- curricular and/or community based ICEAP projects when directed to so do.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with ICEAP staff members.
- Follow all ICEAP Policies and Procedures.
- Supervise Toronto location students in all ICEAP workplaces.
- In some cases, enforce ICEAP policies and procedures where student safety is concerned
- Other duties as assigned.

**Working Conditions**:

- The working hours of this position are flexible and based on assigned duties Scheduled working hours made as work requires. Working in weekend is possible.
- The location of the work is usually 205 Sparks Avenue, Toronto M2H 2S5. If, when ordered by the school, the student services representative works beyond the usual hours, she/he will be eligible for time in lieu of pay for those hours worked.
- The student services representative will be expected to travel between campuses in the Greater Toronto Area and may be required to travel to London ICEAP campuses.

**Employment Requirements**:

- A bachelor 's degree or diploma in education or a related field
- Working experience in Canadian school or Vietnamese school is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to use a variety of electronic and physical documents/assessment tools.
- Able to travel.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Vietnamese.
- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.
- Courteous manners with students and the public.
- Valid working permit.
- Provision of a Criminal Record Check within two weeks of hire date.
- Signature of ICEAP image release waive, liability waiver, and confidentiality policy.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
