**_Job Summary:_**

The Cleaner, under the guidance of the Senior Director Operations, is responsible for maintaining the ARA Avanti Rx Analytics premises clean. This includes all areas at the premises with the exception of the GMP Manufacturing room, corridor and airlock. He/she must pay special attention to detail to ensure that cleaning is performed as per established standard operating procedures and schedule.

**_Responsibilities:_**
- The duties of the Cleaner involve, but not limited to the following:

- Ensure that he/she is trained on the relevant standard operating procedures, as per the training matrix, prior to performing any duties.
- Follow the standard operating procedure(s) and the hands-on training provided, to maintain Room #s 6 to
- 8 and associated corridor/airlock, QC Laboratory, Vault and Cage Areas, and the Receiving Area clean.
- Perform the cleaning as per the established schedule and as needed post activities.
- Upon completion of cleaning activities, complete the necessary forms accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Gown when applicable as per standard operating procedure(s) when performing cleaning activities.
- Check inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure that the supply chain coordinator (purchasing) is notified to place order(s) as necessary.
- Perform all duties according to SOPs, GMP regulations and all other established safety standards and company policies.
- Report any deviations or anomalies to management.
- Other Duties
- Clean office areas, lunch rooms and facilities.
- Assist in the preparation for special events (Example: prepare board room for guests, lunch events, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned by ARA management.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Previous cleaning experience in an industrial/business setting.
- Must be able to read/write and speak English to understand standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Detail oriented and follow standard operating procedures as written.
- Must be flexible and capable of prioritizing duties.
- Must have the ability to work with mínimal supervision and to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to carry out weight lifting occasionally (Not more than 25 lbs) and standing/moving throughout the workday.
