**Position Overview**:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Roll-Off Truck Driver with a valid AZ license and clean Driver's Abstract. This front-line position plays a key role in our daily operations across the Ottawa region, helping deliver, swap, and empty bins safely, efficiently, and professionally.

The wage for this position is $30.00/hour.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver, swap, and empty roll-off bins at customer sites- Comfortable with operating a pub trailer- Secure all loads in compliance with legal and safety standards- Conduct full pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and operations staff- Represent CFT Recycling with professionalism and respect on every job site- Keep your truck clean, roadworthy, and safe at all times- Use sound judgment to spot and report maintenance issues early- Follow all MTO regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols- Basic truck maintenance (Ex. greasing truck)

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid AZ License for at least 3 years (required)**- Clean driver’s abstract and solid safety record- Strong knowledge of MTO compliance, CVOR, load securement, and daily inspections- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions- Mechanically inclined with a keen eye for vehicle performance- Reliable transportation to our yard (not accessible by public transit)- Able to pass a criminal background check
