**Qualifications**:
- Minimum High School Graduation
- Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written) - required to ensure effective interaction with youth, team and daily reporting
- **Preferred**: Diploma in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Psychology, Criminology, or a related social service field (or a combination of relevant education and experience)
- Previous experience working with youth in a similar setting is an asset
**Requirements**:
- Class 5 BC Driver's License, or equivalent Class 5 License from another province within Canada
- Reliable Vehicle
- Copy of Current Driving Record
- Business Insurance (reimbursed by Life Ready)
- Valid Criminal Record Check (conducted by Life Ready)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.79-$26.79 per hour
