**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **top-performing Site Supervisor** to join our leadership team. This role is for a proven builder who can **lead crews of carpenters, plan and execute complex work, and set the pace** for productivity and quality on site.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise multiple carpenters and apprentices on site
- Set the standard for performance, quality, and safety, and hold teams accountable
- Train, mentor, and develop carpenters and apprentices into high performers
- Execute accurate **layout** and oversee critical structural and formwork tasks
- Review, interpret, and coordinate **structural, architectural, and shop drawings**:

- Perform **concrete quantity and material take-offs**, ensuring efficiency and cost control
- Manage **daily logs, safety documentation, and reporting**:

- Plan work sequences, schedule crews, and coordinate with project managers and other trades
- Monitor material usage, reduce waste, and enforce cost-conscious practices
- Lead by example through a combination of **hands-on carpentry** and site leadership

**Qualifications**
- **Red Seal Carpenter** (required)
- 5+ years of carpentry experience with at least 2 years supervising crews
- Proven leadership skills: able to manage, motivate, and develop multiple carpenters
- Strong technical ability in **layout, planning, and sequencing of work**:

- Proficiency in **Bluebeam** and **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**:

- Demonstrated skill in **concrete and material take-offs**:

- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing multiple priorities under pressure
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and motivated to grow into senior leadership
