**Inventory Control Manager**:
**Our mission**: To empower people with a simple breath test that provides early detection of cancer and other diseases.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and arrange all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities as they relate to both parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with clinical sites to understand and arrange kit requirements at the sites. Communicating this demand to operations team to complete kit construction and tracking individual order fulfillment.
- Organize outbound return shipments to vendors for service and repair - ensuring timely delivery.
- Lead the inventory cycle count processes at required intervals.
- Become SME for site MRP system.
- Ensure the maintenance of the accuracy of our inventory records, reconciling our MRP system with onsite physical inventory.
- Utilize strong analytical skills and attention to detail to reconcile our inventory records. Accounting/finance knowledge is a plus.
- Ensure that all requisite customs declarations and documentation is accurate and complete toward timely clearance of parts, sample kits parts and equipment for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Explore and attain most cost-effective methods for shipping of parts and equipment.
- Collaborate with external auditors as required to provide all documentation needed during audits.
- Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement efforts related to Inventory Control.
- Identify internal process gaps affecting our inventory accuracy and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
- Track and develop KPIs relevant to performance improvement.
- Analytical person with the ability to identify, analyze and develop solutions to problems.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related to Materials Management & Supply Chain

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/inventory count management; Accounting/Finance experience a strong asset.
- Experience conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Experience using MRP and WMS systems and Microsoft Excel, plus the ability to implement and train employees on both system
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Requirements and promote

and manage a safe workplace by providing training and creating awareness
- Experience with manufacturing environments a plus
- Familiarity with a regulated environment and operations in an ISO 13485 and 9001 environments

**Skills**
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
- Good interpersonal skills with focus on internal and external customer engagement
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
- Ability to detect root cause issues and to develop corrective an preventative action plans
- Ability to work independently, prioritizes multiple projects, addresses multiple issues, and handles multiple deadlines, in a hands-on environment
- Analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must work precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, listening, conveying messages)
