We’re currently seeking an **Inside Sales Representative**to join our **Kingston** team and _**help us build what really matters**_

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- *Wage commensurate with experience
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides service to walk-in customers.
- Responds to customer inquiries and supplies them with relevant information, providing alternatives and suggestions where appropriate.
- Follows-up with customers for additional details and/or to give them the availability of special products and/or the replacement.
- Contacts suppliers for pricing and availability of special products as required.
- Provides small quotes for customers using the computer system as needed.
- Make regular phone calls to specific customers when required.
- Transcribes all non-stock material for the purchasing dept. to order the material.
- Follows-up on direct shipments from suppliers to customers to ensure billing to customer is timely.
- Executes all other duties required by the position and by the immediate supervisor.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience related to Inside Sales, preferably in a wholesale environment
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience, preferred
- Previous experience with AS400 software, an asset
- Working knowledge of plumbing and/or heating supply, preferred
- Customer-focused, good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication in English
- Good mathematical knowledge
- Ability to produce precise work under pressure
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying and moving

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
