Hines Facilities Services Ltd. is seeking **Snow Plow Operators and Snow Technicians** for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for reliable and experienced operators and labourers to join our snow team and ensure safe, accessible spaces for our clients throughout the snowy months.

As a Snow Plow Operator / Snow Technician, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from residential, commercial, and industrial sites in the Calgary area. This is an on-call, outdoor role requiring flexibility, physical stamina, and the ability to work in harsh winter conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate snow removal equipment, including Bobcats, plow trucks, sweepers, and snow blowers
- Perform manual snow shoveling for areas where equipment cannot access
- Conduct frequent safety checks to ensure cleared areas remain safe for pedestrians and vehicles
- Work outdoors during day or night shifts, often on an on-call basis during snow events
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely

**Job Requirements**
- **Valid Driver’s License** (required)
- **Physically fit** and able to perform outdoor work in extreme weather conditions
- Minimum **1 year of equipment operating experience** (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and long shifts during snow events
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety protocols

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
