**Delivery Drivers (Class 5, one-ton vehicle)**

**(Guaranteed Full Time Hours)**

At E.G. Penner Building Centres Ltd., a COR Certified Supplier, we strive to be the premier building, home improvement and design centre in Southeastern Manitoba.

We are currently hiring **Class 5 Delivery Drivers** to join our Transportation team.

Key responsibilities:

- Delivery of products, using a one-ton vehicle, over established routes and to new construction sites.
- Correct loading and unloading of vehicles,
- Recording of delivery information,
- Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections ensuring overall vehicle safety,
- Operating the delivery vehicle in a safe manner, obeying all rules of the road, and following all company policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous driving and forklift/ Moffat experience preferred,
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract are required,
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials is a definite asset,
- Physically fit with the ability to lift repetitively,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong time management and organizational skills,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
