CNC Machine Operator

Burlington, Canada TCR Machining Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate various machines including CNC lathes, CNC mills
- Measure and maintain dimensions of workpieces
- Cut material using an automated band saw
- Receive inventory and material using a forklift
- Maintain and clean machines and workspace in areas of work
- Light assembly if additional work is needed

**Desired Qualities**:

- Clean and organized
- Ability to do repetitive work
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow instructions

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working with CNC machines
- Experience reading mechanical drawings and follow operating procedures
- Ability to read Micrometers and Verniers
- Ability to recognize and resolve problems when they arise
- Forklift license, or willingness to learn how to operate a forklift
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
