**Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years minimum Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in multifamily residential construction
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Proficient computer skills

- Experienced in multi-family wood homes with underground parkades.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Proficient at Construction Blue Print reading.
- Journeyman Electrical Ticket
- 5 Year Min. In leadership of a team.
- First Aid Certification
- CSTS20
- Fall Arrest

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $95,290.00-$112,844.00 per year
