- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences while providing expert advice on nail care.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the overall client experience.
- Keep accurate records of client services and preferences for personalized service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sanitation standards.
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
