**Title of Position: Restaurant Manager**

**Job Description: You will assist in directing FOH operations of the restaurant and supervise the team. This includes all facets of customer service and ensuring a memorable guest experience every time.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service**
**- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management**
**- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant**
**- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner**
**- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders**
**- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry**
**- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience**
**- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment**
**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required**
