Ott Management Associate Program

Well established for more than a decade, the OTT Management Associate Program aims to cultivate future leaders who share a passion for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong moral principles. Participants who successfully go through the entire selection and training process are expected to be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to achieve their own career growth and make meaningful contributions to OTT. Participants will also have the chance to work closely with richly experienced professionals to put learning into practice of high standards.
**Job Description**:
- Upon successful completion of the training, there will be opportunities to officially launch your career in your preferred and/or most competent field at OTT, such as capital raising and real estate development and planning.
- Meet a group of energetic colleagues who think big and aim high - you will never fight alone
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above.
- Major in finance, economics, and business administration or related filed is preferred.
- Experience in the Big Four firms or investment banks is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, very strong Excel skills needed ( will be tested in the interview)
- Strong self-motivation with a genuine interest in business management.
