Landscaping Helper

The Landscaping Helper will assist the landscaping team with various tasks to maintain and enhance our clients' outdoor spaces. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of landscaping projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing sod.
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing.
- Help with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Assist in hardscaping projects, including building retaining walls, walkways, and patios.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the job site.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months (if applicable).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
