Heritage Nanny Home is currently looking for Casual Mental Health Support Workers with the right combination of passion, skills, and dedication to support our group home residents with mental health.

**Services**:
Provide care to residents according to the Recovery Care Philosophy
Assistance with activities of daily living and development of life skills such as, housekeeping, meal planning, keeping appointments, and interpersonal skills, in accordance with care plans and ISP goals.
Assist residents in recreational and leisure activities and build rapport
Provide information to residents in relations to harm reduction supports available
De-escalate situations and utilize conflict resolution

**Requirements**:
Completion of a recognized Addictions Worker or Mental Health Worker Certificate or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

**Other Necessities**:

- You will need to have a reliable car with personal liability insurance - minimum third party liability coverage must be two million dollars ($2,000,000.00)
- A driver's license issued in Canada is required

**Job Types**: Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
