**THE ROLE**

As a Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting our leadership team in bringing to life our Gusto 54 brands to life both internally and externally. The person in this role will be responsible for creating original content (copy, design, photos) and online communication with our loyal fans and followers (community management). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within Marketing to learn about multiple different facets including: social media, design, community management, employee engagement, and design.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Content_
- Planning and executing our social media strategy, including regular posting on Instagram and Tik Tok
- Ideate and create content for social media posts and campaigns
- Video content editing capabilities for relevant social channels (TikTok and Instagram)
- Build and coordinate content calendar
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of photo editing tools
- Regularly visiting restaurants (2+ times a week) to capture content
- Assist with Facebook ad campaigns as well as handle all paid promotions and custom content
- Assist with photography briefs for in-house photographer
- Provide general photography as needed, in coordination with the photographer
- Assist with design and create marketing collateral for all existing and future restaurants using Adobe Creative Suite programs: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Canva
- Manage archive of social media photos and materials
- Engagement_
- Brand engagement: commenting, liking, responding to messages, and engaging with Gusto 54 owned channel audiences across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
- Use tools to manage, track and organize community engagement
- Research + Strategy_
- Stay up to date on new trends in social media and provide ongoing recommendations for new tactics to deliver on strategic objectives and goals
- Assist in developing monthly analytics reports
- Other Marketing Tasks_
- Support with marketing initiatives surrounding the launch of new restaurants (events, partnerships, promotions, public relations, influencers, etc.)
- Provide assistance to Marketing & Communications Manager and Community & Marketing Coordinator when needed

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Have a passion for food, drink, and hospitality
- Have 2+ years of experience in a social media or marketing role or demonstrated ability to create timely and engaging content (Instagram, Facebook and Tik-Tok)
- Excellent verbal and written skills - able to learn and take on the brand voice of multiple concepts and individuals, across a variety of marketing channels
- Are able to organize and manage competing priorities
- Have a strong eye for design and aesthetics
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy
- Are self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus if you have photography, videography, and editing skills and are comfortable with paid social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram)
