**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the shop team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of retail management.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient checkout processes.
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to meet business goals.
- Utilize math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze market trends to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train staff on administrative tasks, cashiering procedures, and customer interaction techniques.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent for the team.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to shop operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent math skills for budgeting and financial assessments.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
