We are now seeking a **Trader Trainee** who is eager to learn the business of commodity trading and grow into a full-time trader within our team.

**About the Role**

The Trader Trainee position is designed for individuals with strong analytical skills, business instincts, and a desire to build a long-term career in commodity trading. Working directly with senior traders and management, you’ll learn every aspect of the trading process — from market analysis and negotiation to logistics, financial management, and risk assessment. This is a performance-driven role where growth, autonomy, and earning potential increase as you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent results.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Trader Trainee, you will:

- Support senior traders with market research, pricing, and daily trading activities.
- Learn to identify market opportunities and negotiate transactions with suppliers and customers.
- Assist in managing inventory positions, shipments, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers and reloads.
- Uphold all company standards for compliance, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Gradually assume independent trading responsibilities as proficiency increases.

**Work Hours & Environment**
- Standard start time of **6:30 AM**, Monday to Friday.
