**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
- Analyze client information and documentation to determine eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Maintain accurate records management of client files and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate with government agencies on behalf of clients as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide informed advice.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on immigration or legal services is preferred.
- Strong records management skills with the ability to organize and maintain client files efficiently.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is beneficial for daily operations.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
