About The Role:
This important role, reporting directly to our Head of Production, is a key function within our organisation. You will be mostly responsible for managing filtration and cellaring of both JCB products and our partner products. You will work on a wide range of products from craft beer and NA beer to RTD’s and non-alc products. You will work in a small team and collaborate with other teams as required to ensure a great end-to-end product quality.

The role is a permanent, full-time position 30-40 hours per week with flexible working hours Monday to Friday and may be asked to work weekends.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize tanks, fittings and equipment.
- Filter and / or rack beer into Bright tanks, carbonating beer in line.
- Measure and adjust carbonation levels to meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean orderly workplace.
- Cooperate with and assist fellow brewers as needed.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Take responsibility for the safety of your work area and that of yourself, coworkers and visitors in your vicinity.
- Able to safely lift a 25 kg malt bag. Ask for assistance for lifting heavier/ awkward items.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience preferred
- Interest in beer and or craft beverages
