**Performance Driven Multi-Unit Retail Manager**Annual On Target Earnings - $80,000 - $100,000
**Position Summary**
We’re looking for a **Regional Manager** to lead multiple retail canvassing teams across a defined territory in the GTA. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide and develop Field Coaches and Field Marketing Managers to hit ambitious lead generation goals. This role is remote but must be based in the GTA.
**As the Regional Manager, you will**:
- Lead 4-6 branches within your region, directly supporting Field Coaches and Field Marketing Teams
- Ensure daily “hot spot” coverage and team routing to maximize appointment setting.
- Partner with Recruiting & Training to maintain staffing levels across all teams
- Conduct weekly branch visits and audits, providing coaching and accountability.
- Track KPIs and performance data to ensure lead goals are met or exceeded.
- Develop Team Leaders and Field Marketing Managers creating succession paths and career growth opportunities
- Work closely with the Director of Field Marketing to translate strategy into daily execution.
- Contribute to broader initiatives including events marketing and retail partnerships.
**What are you really good at**:
- **Leadership & People Management** - proven ability to lead multiple managers and teams across different territories.
- **Hands-On Leader**: Willing to be in the field to understand challenges and model best practices.
- **Coaching & Development** - skilled at mentoring Field Coaches and Field Marketing Managers, with a strong focus on performance improvement.
- **Performance Management** - able to track KPIs, analyze data, and take action to drive results
- **Communication** - excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
- **Problem Solving & Decision-Making** - comfortable making fast, informed decisions in high-pressure, field-based environments.
- **Operational Oversight** - ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and markets simultaneously.
**Your Experience**:
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, or field operations leadership (home improvement, retail, or door-to-door experience is a big bonus for you).
- Experience managing multi-location and/or multi-unit teams.
- A track-record of delivering results through others, not just individual performance.
- Prior success coaching and developing leaders at the manager level.
- Experience working with performance metrics, CRM systems, and structured reporting processes.
- Strong familiarity with recruitment, training, and retention practices for frontline teams.

**Location**:This role is remote based in the GTA, with one day per week in-person meeting at one of the locations. Access to a reliable vehicle is mandatory.
Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
