**_ What you’ll be doing:_**

In your Project Management role, you will work with our outside salespeople to deliver smooth project administration. We’re looking for a highly organized and conscientious individual to contribute to the success of our winning team. You will also be:

- Supporting our strong customer relationships with mechanical contractors
- Project management within the O’Dell Order Process
- Project submittals
- Equipment Bill of Material (BOM) confirmations - check takeoffs
- Coordinating order release and delivery with contractor
- Change notice administration
- Managing sales order via internal ERP system (Netsuite)
- Liaising with vendors on equipment lead times and delivery timelines.
- Manage warranty process
- Coordinate equipment startup and commissioning.
- Complete project documentation management

**_Who you are:_**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment across multiple office locations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and drivers license for travel within Canada and USA for training at manufacturers’ facilities
- Experience in the construction industry (i.e. engineering sales, contracting) is not required, but is considered an asset.
