If you are a hardworking "Jack-of-all-trades" individual interested in career growth within a fast-paced Construction environment we want to hear from you **Responsibilities** - Rough interior framing - Installation of trim, doors, and associated hardware - Able to complete drywall repairs including mudding & tapping - Ability to adapt to a variety of residential and commercial environments - Always maintaining quality workmanship - Maintain a high level of professionalism - Ability to lead a crew and ensure efficiency within the team - Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures **Requirements**: - Basic hand tool experience required - Previous construction/carpentry experience required - Valid class G driver’s license required - Acceptable driving record - Must pass a police background check - Supply basic personal carpentry tools - Experience in painting and minor flooring installation is considered an asset **What we offer** Safe Work Environment Career Growth Extended Health Care Company paid Uniforms Clothing Allowance Tool Allowance Employee Assistance Program Social Events **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Company events - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - On-site parking - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime Ability to commute/relocate: - Kitchener, ON N2G 3M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - construction: 2 years (required)
