**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Houseperson and Airport Shuttle Driver. This dual-role position plays an important part in ensuring our hotel operates smoothly, providing guests with a clean, comfortable environment and safe, timely airport transportation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Best Western standards, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following all hotel policies and local, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Keep all work areas, public spaces, and your uniform clean, neat, and organized at all times.
- Provide warm, professional guest service, anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Operate the hotel shuttle according to the daily schedule, safely transporting guests to and from London International Airport.
- Be available for on-call shuttle duties as required.
- Assist with meeting room setups and service throughout the day.
- Handle guest luggage (up to 60 lbs) safely and efficiently.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep tasks in public areas, including:

- Removing garbage and recycling from all common spaces and washrooms.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping throughout the property, including elevators and tile areas.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the breakfast area, pool, fitness centre, parking lot, and outdoor spaces.
- Supporting office and meeting room cleaning during regular hours.

**Schedule & Requirements**
- Shifts vary between 4-8 hours and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs is required.
