**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret structural drawings and plans to determine the specifics of the rebar requirements.
- Measure, cut, bend, and fit rebar to the required specifications, using hand and power tools.
- Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce the concrete structure.
- Install rebar for columns, beams, and concrete slabs according to structural drawings.
- Collaborate with foremen and other construction professionals to ensure that the rebar is installed correctly and meets all structural specifications.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of the rebar and its installation.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with building codes and regulations.
- Work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the success of the construction project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a skilled rebar installer and lead.
- At least three years of proven experience as a Rebar Installer.
- Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Extensive experience in large apartment building projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to rebar installation.
- Ability to use tools required for rebar installation such as cutters, benders, and tying tools.
- Physical strength, stamina, and dexterity for lifting, bending, and working in challenging conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training as a rebar installer or related field preferred.
