Job Summary:
Light Duty Cleaner (Residential) cleaning goes beyond just basic cleaning. It involves a wide range of tasks to maintain hygiene, order, and visual appeal in a residential setting, whether in an apartment complex or a condominium building.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform light cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize restroom facilities.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of replenishment needs.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to client requests and address any concerns or issues.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Driver License and your own car would be an asset.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
