Flores & Pine is a destination restaurant nestled between Calgary and Cochrane, built around the warmth of a wood fire and a stunning dining room. Our menu is rooted in classic technique, reimagined with playful flavours and unique takes on grill and steakhouse favourites. We’re always striving to create dishes that delight and experiences that keep guests coming back.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure business operations run smoothly.
- Create and Execute dessert and pastries for multiple service styles.
- Organize and plan your own day and week out according to the needs of the business.
- Manage time with the appropriate attentiveness to details that is required.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Experience in baking and cake decorating is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
