**About the job**: As part of the Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI) team, you will play a pivotal role in providing functional assessments and developing behaviour support plans. Every day will be different, but you can expect to engage in activities like:

- assessing clients' behaviours and abilities using functional assessments and other tools.
- developing treatment programs for clients based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles.
- recommending intervention strategies, treatment, and discharge plans.
- leading and supporting non-certified staff in developing ABA strategies.
- providing specialized evidence-based treatment programs and case management.

**What you bring to the team**:
**Mandatory requirements**:

- a master's level education in a related field (e.g., Applied Disability Studies, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology).
- current registration in good standing as a Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
- demonstrated experience as a Behaviour Analyst in a mental health, developmental services, or related setting.

**Knowledge**: You have:

- proven knowledge and experience as a Behaviour Analyst for behaviour programming of complex clients.
- demonstrated knowledge of psychological procedures in assessing, describing, and measuring disability or impairment.
- knowledge of psychological assessment and treatment techniques for clients with complex behaviours.
- proficiency in using computers, word processing, and specialized software for client data management and report preparation.
- knowledge of environmental factors impacting clients' ability to learn replacement behaviours.

**Communication and interpersonal skills**: You can:

- convey information to psychologists, community agencies, clients, families, and advocates.
- manage client data, prepare reports, and maintain case documentation using specialized software.
- work effectively within an inter-disciplinary team and take part in in integrated team assessments and report writing.

**Analytical and research skills**: You can:

- interpret and communicate strategies to clients, caregivers, and auxiliary disciplines.
- take part in research projects.

**Leadership and organizational skills**: You can:

- supervise and train nonregistered psychological staff and students and lead a variety of group therapy and behavioural management programs.
- coordinate behavioural interventions and services.
