Store Manager

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and payroll processing.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and provide ongoing feedback.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and manage pricing effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of store management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records.
- Foster an inclusive environment by utilizing multilingual skills when necessary.

- Proven experience in sales management or retail management is essential.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
