Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, edit and prepare spreadsheets, letters, reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Prepare and issue billings and support accounts receivable activities for the tax group
- Research, compile and summarize information/data
- Collate all necessary components of client deliverables, soft or hard copy
- Electronically transmit CRA filings and monitor status of filing deadlines
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with maintaining integrity of database
- Record and circulate minutes of meetings
- Manage calendars, travel, team social events or meals and related expense claims
- Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership
- Back-up other admin functions to provide support with a variety of administrative and clerical activities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve workflows and processes
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
- 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to change and manage in a fast paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and superior attention to detail
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
